FaithBridge Portland's tri-color heart logo

Together, we change the conversation women have about their own life's journey.

FaithBridge Portland offers facilitated opportunities for Black and Brown women to come together in a collective sisterhood and change the conversation about their past hurt and trauma. Using faith principles as an anchor, we tap into the deep well of cultural wisdom and faith to create an environment where women are free to not only heal but thrive. Attendance is kept at a comfortable size, and personal information is held in confidence.

HEALING AT THE CENTER

Our workshops and retreats observe trauma-informed practices and use a framework that centers healing in addition to treatment.

CULTURALLY- AND FAITH- AFFIRMING

At FaithBridge, we intentionally center faith in our healing curriculum. However, we recognize that Black and Brown women are not a monolith. At FaithBridge Portland, all faiths or no faith at all are welcomed.

TESTIMONIALS

“What I got from the healing cohort is how to keep boundaries as well as holding other accountable for how they treat and misuse me. I learned to let go and that every situation doesn’t need a reaction. I felt like it needed to be longer so that we in the cohort could have a better healing experience with our cohort as the cohort was ending I feel like that is when people really started healing and opening up. I loved this healing cohort and would recommend to anyone in need of healing.”
